Formula Billing Problem
When a child is withdrawn I assume all billing should stop for the child.  But all my withdrawn children with a forumla billing tied to all schedules gets billed no matter what the staus of the child is.  Why is this and how do I stop it without removing the formulas every time a child withdraws?

RE:Formula Billing Problem
waters - Thanks for your question. The child's Enrollment Status controls whether or not they are billed. They may be scheduled into the future, but Automated Formula Billing will skip them if their Enrollment Status is anything other than "Enrolled" (like "Withdrawn", etc.) as of the Date Range for which you are billing. For example, if they withdrew last week and you billed for this week, they would be skipped.

Keep in mind though, it's possible billing could be run BEFORE their enrollment status was changed. That could explain how an unexpected charge might appear on the family ledger card.

RE:Formula Billing Problem
That is not how it is working on my system.  I have to remove all the formulas before it will stop billing the account.

RE:Formula Billing Problem
Hmm... that shouldn't be the case with a typical schedule based formula. Although it may be possible that an older style formula, converted from version 9, might behave differently. Please confirm you have the latest Online Update installed. If you're still having that symptom give Technical Support a call so we can trouble shoot it with you.

RE:Formula Billing Problem
I did an update of Procare about 2 months ago and I am experiencing this problem now. The previous version and all previous versions did not bill if the status was not Enrolled. Now, I have had to either change the schedule to end on a date prior to the billing date OR remove all billing formulas.

RE:Formula Billing Problem
Hello M Clayton,

I have no fix or ideas for your issue.  I just tested Phil's answer above, and even though its 4 years old, it still holds.

Please Contact Support to see what the resolution would be. They will be able to remote in and see the entire setup.
